RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 7 days. Items must be unworn with tags. Start your return at returns@vaquita.world — we’ll provide a prepaid label (black & white, of course).
SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic: 3-5 business days. International: 7-14 days. Track your order through our VAQUITA portal (link in footer). All shipments are carbon neutral.
SIZE & FIT
VAQUITA uses euro sizing. Refer to our size chart (see below). For personal advice, email support@vaquita.world with your measurements.
