Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional sales
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Pack Your Item
Securely package your item with all original tags and materials -
Return Pickup
The package will be picked up by our courier service within 72 hours of raising the return request. After pickup, refunds are usually initiated within 5–7 working days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability.
To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference. We'll ship your new item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
